The foundation on which any successful security organization is built begins with the training the employees receive. Levy Security believes that no expense should be spared in providing the best training facilities possible.  We provide qualified, expert instructors to facilitate the learning experience. All new employees of the organization are required to attend and successfully complete the Basic Security Training Academy before they ever set foot on the client property for On the Job Training.

 

The training modules are conducted primarily by a live instructor.   He or she utilizes course materials, video supplementation, and hands on training.  All employees are required to complete an examination at the end of the training courses and achieve a score of 70% or better.
