Since our founding in 1979, Levy Security has believed in training our own people.  While others may depend on outside trainers, outdated videos, and generic training materials -- Levy does not.  We make a significant investment in our personnel through basic training, on-the-job training, refresher training, and specialized training.

Professionalism is a direct result of proper selection, training, and orientation.  Through the Levy Training Insitute, new officers are taught the Levy approach to "Service Excellence" -- professional and courteous service methodologies which are a hallmark of our company.
