Security Officer ServicesStructured For Response
Levy's structure employs a decentralization strategy in that every client's security program is designed as a stand-alone operation with support from the Corporate Offices. In the event of an emergency or special operation at any given department, the resources of all other departments are available to assist as well. The events of 9/11 are a historical example of this. Each department Director reports to either a Vice President of Operations or one of two operations Assistant Vice Presidents. This "flat" structure assures that the Account Manager, who reports to the client, also reports to a member of the company's Executive Staff. Therefore, there are no intermediate filters such as branch managers and field supervisors - this removes the barriers and improves communication.
