Quality Assurance

asWhen you partner with Levy Security Corporation, you are hiring a high-quality service provider.  "Service Excellence" has been part of our tradition since our founding more than 30 years ago.

Levy maintains rigorous standards of performance for all personnel, to include compliance with all Levy and client policy and procedure.  You will often be able to identify a Levy officer from their sharp appearance, attentiveness, and courteous service.

One of the primary tools of a good security program is the inspection or internal review process.  Inspections help us ensure we are meeting our contracted obligations to you at all times.  They allow us to view the officers on post at random times in random situations.  They are useful in both identifying developmental opportunities as well as rewarding excellent performance.

Unlike many other security providers, Levy Security maintains a dedicated Quality Assurance Department.  Our Director of Quality Assurance, a 20-year veteran of the Lake County Sheriff's Department, conducts random inspections of all Levy accounts.  Inspection reports are shared with Levy account management.  While not an exhaustive list, here are some of the criteria our Inspectors evaluate:
