Security Operations
With Levy Security on your side, you are much more than just a client – you’re a partner. Levy Security management and employees are committed to working with you as part of the team. Together, we build a win-win relationship that translates into excellent service, mutual profit and real value. We strive to remain responsive to an ever-changing environment, adopt new technologies and best practices to continually enhance our services and capabilities, and above all, provide the right services and products to meet your individual needs.
The success of our security operations depends on a number of elements working together smoothly and correctly. Following are a few of the primary components.
Risk Assessment
Depending upon how complex your program or facility is, we have the ability to use a PC-based security software application and conduct a comprehensive risk assessment to determine the best way to address your security needs. Our unique process, often performed by qualified CPP's (Certified Protection Professionals), assesses the individual components of your security program, as well as the overall effectiveness of its purpose.
Supervision
Supervision is an integral part of any successful security program. At Levy, we believe that good supervision should combine the elements of support, guidance and development. Supervision must be given the education and training to assess and understand each situation, the authority to make the appropriate decision, and the support to enforce the decision with the client and the corporate office.
Support Network
By having an infrastructure of support managers (Recruiter, Trainer, Administrator, HR, Financial) whose efforts are dedicated to their respective disciplines, Levy Security is able to provide our Directors of Security the resources that allow them to focus all their energy on their core competencies – client service, management and officer development.
Operating Procedure Manual
At Levy Security, a customized operating procedure manual is created to be a tangible tool. We believe it to be the cornerstone of our services. Your manual will thoroughly define all expectations and duties of security officers.
Incident Reporting
Levy Security offers a leading-edge software package for incident reporting at all client sites. By utilizing this technology, incident reporting is more accurate and more efficient. Files are maintained on-site, and a monthly report is provided to you every month.
Automated Invoices and Scheduling
Levy Security’s automated scheduling system is reliable, accurate and efficient. Account Management can access the secure online system from varied locations and make changes per a client’s request or officer’s special need at any time. Revisions are made in real time and are automatically transferred to the payroll and billing systems. This means you can count on accurate scheduling and correct invoicing time after time.
Union Affiliation
Levy Security has an existing affiliation with Laborers' International Union Local # 225
Transition Plan
Levy Security understands the value of a fully documented Transition Plan, to include its thoughtful preparation and development, its completeness in articulation and documentation, and its successful executed delivery.
Technology and Business Continuity
Levy Security continually enhances business processes utilizing technology. From scheduling, payroll and invoicing processes to means of communication and documentation, Levy is serious about using technology to gain efficiencies, ensure accuracy and enhance turnaround to you wherever possible.
Uniforms
Levy Security places great emphasis on professional appearance. We pride ourselves in the "Levy Look" represented by our officers. The pride extends beyond the type of uniform they wear – regardless of whether they are in Police Style, Concierge, or even an often requested more casual "polo shirt and khaki pants." The Levy Look is represented by the high quality material of the uniform itself, the tailored fit on each officer, and the overall professional grooming each officer is required to maintain -- to include hair, jewelry and cleanliness.
